NIGHT SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Job description:
- Monitoring and evaluating the contractor's services: security, sanitation, landscape, waste… strictly comply with the signing and quality;
- Participate in drafting processes, procedures and operational requirements for service contractors;
- Receive customer feedback, process and report to direct management;
- Keeping records, updating relevant information and reporting to the Management Board;
- Working area: Patrol and supervision at the company's projects (HCMC, Long An, Binh Duong).
Right:
- Income: According to actual capacity.
- Working time: 8 hours / day, 6 days / week.

REQUEST:
- Graduated Intermediate, College or higher;
- Experience: 2 years or more of experience;
- An understanding of service quality management activities for buildings, apartments, restaurants, hotels ...;
- Have knowledge of the building and apartment management system;
- Good communication and handling skills with customers;
- Working in fixed shifts: 22h-6pm.
