ACCOUNTANT
Job description:
- Issue fee notices to residents and collect service charges at the project;
- Manage and monitor internal revenues and expenditures;
- Track debts, advances, and payments with NCC;
- Prepare monthly revenue / expenditure reports to submit to PM for inspection and approval;
- Assist PM in preparing advance procedures, paying project costs under the direction of PM;
- Receive information from residents at the project, guide the registration of administrative procedures as prescribed;
- Storing and updating relevant information for the Management Board;
- Performing the administrative accounting work related.
- Location: Nguyen Tat Thanh - District 4.
Right:
- Income: According to actual capacity.
- Probation: 02 months.
- Working time: Monday to Saturday.
