Last year, we conducted training focused on skill up, they learned the knowledge and skills necessary for serving customers with Japanese Standard. This year, they will try to create and operate Japanese Standard Customer Service Manual. By standardizing the Service Manual, it can be used for your OJT and education for new employees.
On September 18th, 2019, the First Inconic Training has been proceeded. Based on Anabuki Mission and Vision, the Customer Service Manual has been created.
The second training will be on October 16, 2019.
