On August 19th 2023, representatives of Anabuki NL Housing Service Vietnam Co., Ltd. Mr. Duong Nhu Dang - Director of Operations and Mr. Miyamoto Hiroki - Sales Director attended the Ownership Certificate (Pink Book) Ceremony at The Emerald Golf View constructed by Le Phong Group. The Emerald Golf View is considered to be one of a few apartment projects handing out Pink Books in no time in Binh Duong province. With that being said, the handing out of Pink Books to nearly 100 residents had been conducted just over 5 months after the handover of apartments. The event also contributed to further affirming the reputation of Le Phong Group in the Real Estate market regionally as well as nationally.
