NAM LONG GROUP AND ANABUKI HOUSING SERVICE COMPANY OFFICIALLY BECAME STRATEGIC PARTNERS -

On November 24th, at the GEM Hotel, Nam Long Group (HOSE: NLG) celebrated its 25th anniversary with the theme "Integration - Development". Also, on this occasion, Nam Long officially announced a new strategic partner - Anabuki Housing Service - one of the leading real estate management companies in Japan.

This event has received special attention from the Japanese government. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe had sent a message congratulating the cooperation of the two countries.

Under the agreement, Anabuki Housing Service, Nam Long Group and Okamura will jointly contribute capital to a Japanese-owned real estate management company that first came to Vietnam for residential and commercial real estate with ownership ratios of 65%, 31% and 4% respectively. The cooperation with Anabuki Housing Service has enriched the portfolio of shareholders and foreign partners – inherently is Nam Long's special strength for more than 25 years of development.

Nam Long's partners are large corporations in Japan with hundreds of years of experience in real estate development and management that have been, and will be, together with Nam Long, bringing to Vietnamese buyers a new experience on apartment, commercial buildings management services, repairing services, equipment installation, call center 24/24, apartment rental and home buyer supporting package services throughout the time of living in the residential areas of Nam Long.

"In Ho Chi Minh City, although the market provides about 40,000 apartments per year, we feel that housing management and legal ground are not yet perfected," said Mr. Shingu Akihiro, Anabuki Housing Service representative. “This has happened in Japan in the past, due to the lack of adequate housing management services, lot of problems have been happened to Japanese residents, such as the appearance of slums, accidents, and property value decrease together with the degradation rate of the apartments.

Learned from the above reality, we want to contribute to improving the living environment of Vietnamese residents through the services we provide. In the process of finding partners, we recognize that Nam Long is a company that specializes in developing “affordable” housing product lines – a potential segments with high growth in the future but still got a lot of concerns about the management of condominiums. Therefore, by the cooperation with Nam Long in the development of services, we believe that Vietnam's housing management standards will be improved. "
