TRAINING ON ANABUKI'S PHILOSOPHY AND OMOTENASHI AT THUAN GIAO APARTMENT

Following the training plan on Anabuki NL Vietnam's Philosophy in 2024, recently, Mr. Omori Daisuke - General Director of Anabuki NL Vietnam and the Management Board of Thuan Giao Apartment Building successfully implemented the training session.
Mr. Omori shared with all the staff at the project the meaningful philosophy of Anabuki's "Management for Happiness", about the customer service mindset based on 4 words in Japanese relating to "Feeling": Feeling, Touching, Sympathy, Gratitude. The rules to help improve work efficiency such as 6S, the correlation of 3Q (Quality Worker - Quality Company - Quality Service) were also introduced by Mr. Omori to everyone in this training session.
Finally, as workers of the service industry, to consolidate and perfect daily work, understanding the art of Omotenashi is also very useful. Therefore, the Omotenashi is the content that always appears in Mr. Omori's training sessions.
