On meeting the conditions for managing and operating apartment buildings according to the provisions of the Housing Law 2023

Pursuant to Article 150 of the 2023 Housing Law and Clause 8, Article 95 of Decree 95/2024/ND-CP dated April 24, 2024 of the Government regulating the transitional handling of all units currently operating in the field of apartment building management that previously met the conditions for apartment building management and operation under the old 2014 Housing Law, by August 1, 2025 at the latest, these units must meet the conditions prescribed in the 2023 Housing Law to continue providing apartment building management and operation services. On February 24, 2025, after review and assessment, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction issued Document No. 1609/SXD-QLN&CS notifying that Anabuki NL Vietnam Company (Tax Code: 0311537125; Head office: 10th Floor, Capital Tower, No. 6 Nguyen Khac Vien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) is a qualified unit to manage and operate apartment buildings according to the provisions of the Housing Law 2023 and Decree 95/2024/ND-CP.
