ANABUKI'S PHILOSOPHY AND OMOTENASHI TRAINING IN MARCH

In March, there were 03 projects that were the first to receive Anabuki's Philosophy and Omotenashi training in 2024, which were Waterpoint Urban Area, Iris Residence and Flora Mizuki Block MP3, MP4, MP5.

The training are carried out by Mr. Omori Daisuke - General Director of the Company, with the desire to convey how to uplift services quality according to Japanese standards as accurate as possible to all staffs at the project. 

During the training session, Mr. Omori explained to everyone the value and meaning of Anabuki's Philosophy; about the interrelationship and close connection of 3Q (Quality Worker - Quality Company - Quality Service); about the importance of 6S so that each person can grow career wise day by day; and the world-famous art of customer service: Omotenashi.

Anabuki's Philosophy of Management for Happiness and the hospitality art of Omotenashi directs an employee of Anabuki and all of the staffs at the projects to a sincere, wholehearted method to servicing, putting themselves into customer's shoes.

The 3Q6S principles provide the necessary way of thinking and actions to improve their working environment as well as profession in order to gradually become better every day.

With the purpose of providing the customers with properer and more thoughtful services day by day, these knowledge and principles are very useful and necessary for all employees, as well as for service workers.
