Following the event of signing the operation management cooperation agreement between Investor Xuan Thao and Anabuki NL Vietnam in 2022, recently, the cooperative relationship between the two sides has been further strengthened and strongly affirmed through the Operation Management Cooperation Signing Ceremony for The Larita project organized by Investor Xuan Thao.
Located on Huong Lo 10 Street in Ben Luc District, Long An, the project is surrounded by a convenient traffic infrastructure system, including major intersections, expressways, and key national highways, making travel extremely easy.
The products developed by the Investor at The Larita project include townhouses, terraced houses and villas. In addition, the internal facilities such as BBQ Cinema Outdoor, Outdoor Sports Area, Zen Garden, Kid Garden,... are also developed by the Investor to be as diverse, modern and convenient as possible, to ensure that the entertainment, recreation and sports training needs of future owners are met in the fastest and most convenient way.
