In order to improve the quality of service as well as the quality in management, Anabuki Vietnam conduct the Service Satisfaction Survey 6 months/once.
The first survey in Go Vap district’ projects has gained many good responses. Residents are pleased with our management team.
Next survey area is in District 7. In this project, Anabuki has obtained many comments to improve service. We make sure to response each comments to prove that feedback from customers’s very important to us.
According to this result, Customer Service Satisfaction Survey is going to be proceeded in others area: Binh Dương province, District 9, Binh Chanh…
